The Structure of a Standard Service Call
A standard service call consists of two main parts: a one-time On-Site Fee and our Hourly Labor Rate.

The On-Site Service Fee: What It Covers
On-Site Fee is $125 This is a one-time charge for bringing our mobile workshop and certified technician to your location.
This is a one-time charge for each service visit.
This fee covers the significant operating costs of our mobile workshop. It includes fuel, commercial insurance, and maintenance for our fully-equipped service vehicle. It also covers the time our technician spends traveling to your location.
This fee allows us to bring a professional repair shop directly to you.

The Hourly Labor Rate: A Measure of Expertise
Our standard hourly rate for all diagnostic and repair services is $125. This rate applies to all time spent on diagnostics and performing repairs on-site.
The labor time begins when our technician arrives and starts the diagnostic process.
It is important to understand that diagnostic time is labor time.
Identifying the root cause of an issue is a highly skilled process that comes from years of experience. Our experts handle everything from complex electrical issues to small leaks. They use specialized tools and advanced training to diagnose the problem accurately. This hourly rate reflects their professional skill and covers rising labor costs, which guarantees a quality, reliable repair.

Our Policy on Customer-Provided Parts
We understand that clients may occasionally wish to provide their own RV parts. We can often install customer supplied parts . To ensure the safety and high quality of the repair, we have a clear policy for these situations.
The Hourly Rate for customer-provided parts is $175 per hour.
This adjusted rate is necessary to account for the extra steps our technician must perform. These steps include inspecting the part for damage and verifying its compatible with your specific RV model.
Part Quality: We will only provide and install new, original factory parts (OEM). We do not install or provide used or aftermarket parts, as we cannot guarantee their quality or history. This policy is critical for ensuring the safety and integrity of every repair.
Warranty Disclaimer: We do not offer a warranty on any work that involves customer-provided parts. If the part fails, we are not liable for its replacement or any resulting issues. We can only guarantee craftsmanship and parts that we source through our trusted supply chain.
Component Issues: We can often install parts you supply yourself. To ensure the safety and quality of the repair, we have a clear policy for these situations. You are still responsible for our on-site fee and all labor time spent if you provide incorrect or damaged parts.

Navigating Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Insurance Claims
We frequently work with most extended warranty and insurance companies. This is a common aspect of our business as full time RV repair specialists.
Using a warranty or insurance? Important you tell us when you book your appointment for our billing and management software. This allows us to prepare the necessary documentation for the insurance provider.
You are responsible for direct payment to us at the time of service. Our rates for Warranty and Insurance Claims
You must pay the $125 on-site fee and $175.00 for the first hour of labor at the time of service.
Extended warranty, Warranty and insurance billed at $175.00 per hour.
Upon completion and payment, we will provide you with a detailed, itemized invoice. You will then submit this invoice to your provider for reimbursement. Beneficial to understand what your warranty covers before we begin. We will provide all technical details required to process your claim for & insurance work.

Emergency and After-Hours Support
We recognize that RV problems rarely adhere to a 9-to-5 schedule.
Emergency or after-hours service may be available, but this depends on our technician's schedule.
Please be aware that emergency rates are higher than our standard rates. Our bottom line is providing exceptional service. This requires fair compensation for our technicians' personal time outside standard business hours.
Should you require emergency service after hours, we ask that you contact us directly by phone. We have after hours answering services voice mail so you have peace of mind knowing we got your message for after hours calls.
