Current Mobile Service Rates:

Business Hours:

Monday through Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM – local time.

Saturday: 9 AM to 12PM – local time.

Sunday: Closed

On-Site Fees and Hourly Rates:

On-Site fees:
- 0 to 25 miles from our home office to the point of service - $100.00.
- 26 to 40 miles from our home office to the point of service - $140.00.
Our hourly rates are $125.00.
- Initial visit: Starting at $165.00 (includes on-site fee and a maximum 30 minutes of labor/diagnostic time)

* Diagnostic time is Labor time and billed accordingly.

*For all Active Military, Veterans, or First Responders we offer a 10% discount on labor only.

*Rates for Warranty, Extended Warranty and Insurance work is $150.00 per hour plus the travel fee.

Installation of Customer-Provided Parts/Products:

For any installation of parts or products provided by the customer, our rate will be $175.00 per hour. It's important to note that we will only install Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. We do not install third-party or aftermarket parts to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are maintained.
Please be aware that there will be no warranty provided for work involving customer-provided parts or products.
Service and Labor will still apply if parts are incorrect, missing, damaged, etc.

For Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Insurance appointments, the intent of such must be disclosed when making the appointment.

Charges/Fees for Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Insurance Work:

The charge for Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Insurance work starts at $165.00.
For estimates or additional work beyond the initial scope, charges are billed hourly at a rate of $150.00.

$150.00 per hour plus a $150.00 travel time fee if 25 miles or less to the point of service.*
$150.00 per hour plus a $175.00 travel time fee if 26 to 40 miles to the point of service.*
