Welcome to TRAVELING RV TECHNICIANS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our mobile RV repair services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

       Our company provides mobile RV PARTS, repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to: e.g., electrical system repairs, plumbing fixes, etc. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.

2. Service Area

       Our services are available within Florida. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

3. Pricing and Payment

       All pricing will be disclosed prior to the service and is subject to change based on the scope of work.

       Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

       Accepted payment methods include credit card, cash, digital payments.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

       Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

       Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $150.00 .

5. Warranty and Liability

       We provide a warranty on parts and services performed. Warranty coverage excludes damages caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

       While we strive to provide the best services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

       The customer must provide a safe and accessible workspace for our technicians

       Accurate information about the RV, including prior repairs or issues, must be shared at the time of service booking.

7. Privacy

       Your personal and payment information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Changes to Terms

       We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or website update.

9. Governing Law

       These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
